Friday night was spent at home with my nephew and brother because Saturday I had to get up early to "run" in a 5K. The one I told y'all about a while ago here. I'm happy to report I did not die and I actually made it to the finish line sans stretcher.
I kid you not, this guy ran the entire race barefoot. I have one question, "Why?!" If someone could explain this to me, I'd love to know. Not. Normal.
After the race, we all went to Primos on the lake and had mimosas and brunch. This is the life:
Sunday it was raining off and on here in Dallas, so I literally was a complete bum all day and played with him:
The Huffington Post summed it up about right, "Shahs follows the decadent lives of six Persian-Americans living in Los Angeles, and part of the fun of the show is watching the children of refugees gallivant around Beverly Hills in luxury cars, make million-dollar deals at work and fight about which of them is wearing a piece of clothing from the fast-fashion chain H&M."
Catch a re-run this week on Bravo if you can and definitely watch next Sunday. I need another show to watch as much as I need a hole in my head, but Bravo knows how to turn them out. I can't say no.
I am off to go stalk all of your blogs. I need to play catch-up in a bad way. My nephew, Reese, says have a great week!
