You may know him ... he goes by the name of Reese and he calls me Aunt Lindsey. Friday after work Reese's momma bear and I took him to pick out a pumpkin at a nearby pumpkin patch. He had so fun, I just love how innocent they are at 4; not a care in the world.
After we left the pumpkin patch, we came home to carve and make halloween sugar cookies. Reese insisted his pumpkin had his tounge hanging out, so what Reesey wants, Reesey gets:
My friends decided to throw a Halloween party last minute, so I scrambled for a costume. Obviously the Halloween stores had been picked over so my options were limited. I ended up dressing in all black and topped the look off with a witches hat from Wal-Mart. For a creative person, I'm not very creative when it comes to Halloween costumes.
I forgot my camera because I was rushing to get over to my friends house to help her set up and decorate. I have one measly, blurry Blackberry pic besides my creepy self-portrait above:
Monday we took Reese trick-or-treating and I just love this picture of him trying to reach the door bell. So sweet:
And that concludes my Halloween. I cannot believe it's November and Christmas is less than 2 months away. Blows my mind. Has any one even thought about starting their Christmas shopping because I sure haven't. Where does the time go?
