I've been using Make Up For Ever Mat Velvet + for probably..the past 6 months or more? It evens me out but I can definitely tell I have on foundation and while it helps stop (some) shine, my skin still feels greasy. Sounds like we were both born lucky in the skin dept...Jillhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15861672716863420121noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7833332489218334193.post-37275427047326552342011-03-09T21:53:07.006-08:002011-03-09T21:53:07.006-08:00I decided to try this out after reading this post ...I decided to try this out after reading this post and I loooooove it. I was thinking hmm... maybe someone in the blog world has advice haha ... sure enough, I then see your post! I have to try this foundation. I just need a foundation to even my skin color out, I don't really need to cover up anything, just feel bare without it. I feel like the one I wear now although not too light still washes me out. I'm sorry I just babbled my way through this comment. Will definitely give this a try and let you know!Michellehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12854011804341346790noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7833332489218334193.post-10557943239580629972011-02-28T17:38:10.864-08:002011-02-28T17:38:10.864-08:00Well if you have super oily skin, large pores and ...Well if you have super oily skin, large pores and are break-out prone, you sure can't tell from your pictures! Your skin looks flawless! I would say the foundation you chose is working out pretty good for you :)

I am seriously a makeup junkie and LOVE top name brands from places like Sephora but most definitely don't discriminate against drugstore brands as some of my die hard favorites are from there. Personally, my favorite foundations that I have found (and I have gone through A LOT of different kinds) is DuWop foundation of youth fro Sephora and I also love L'oreal's new foundation out that is called MagicSmooth Souffle. Goes on like silk.

But from the looks of things, what you are using is most definitely working!!Ravenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06484566171145256075noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7833332489218334193.post-24596074321963801392011-02-28T15:37:33.896-08:002011-02-28T15:37:33.896-08:00That sounds like my skin! I may have to try it! Oh...That sounds like my skin! I may have to try it! Oh geez, my fiance will love you - for giving me another reason to buy more makeup lol

I've tried Revlon Colorstay as well and it did the same thing for me! Cakey, oily, hard to blend... everything. I just don't get it!Lindsayhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00614207681946005971noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7833332489218334193.post-49153254638040627722011-02-28T13:00:51.138-08:002011-02-28T13:00:51.138-08:00I'm right there with you on the greasy skin......I'm right there with you on the greasy skin... how did we both luck out and end up pale and greasy???

I use Clinique’s stay matte powder too and I love it! I also started using the dramatically different moisturizing gel and it help keep my face from getting shiny a lot! You should try it out next time you’re at Clinique!Kendallhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05683155591429318772noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7833332489218334193.post-80946678770927221742011-02-28T11:51:41.657-08:002011-02-28T11:51:41.657-08:00Your skin really does look great. And everyone else's skin look like a doll's. It's the most miraculous makeup I've ever tried, and it seriously makes your skin FLAWLESS (and it stays well). The downside is that it's $60. But if you haven't tried it, you should sample it next time you're in Sephora to see what I mean!Claire Kieferhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15794131643377703649noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7833332489218334193.post-89062627247120161202011-02-28T11:38:43.120-08:002011-02-28T11:38:43.120-08:00this is the foundation I use and I absolutely love...this is the foundation I use and I absolutely love it!!!
